How we collect personal information

We collect personal information in a variety of ways, including:

  • Directly: We collect personal information which you directly provide to us, including through the ‘contact us’ form on our website, when you request our assistance via email, when you book an appointment via our website, when you buy goods from us (via our website or otherwise); when you connect to us via other platforms (eg. Facebook, Messenger, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc).
  • Indirectly: We may collect personal information which you indirectly provide to us while interacting with us, such as when you use our website.

Collection and use of personal information

Personal information: We may collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for the following purposes:

Credit Card / Payment details

  • Payment for our digital goods sold via our website can be done via PayPal. Also, we may allow payment for our services via PayPal. If you choose to pay via PayPal, please consider that PayPal may ask you to provide further information (including credit or debit card details). This information is retained by PayPal and will not be passed on to us.   • If you make an online bank payment, we store the details provided by you/your bank which appear on our bank statements. This information is solely used for accounting purposes.

Overseas disclosure: Any personal information you provide to us may be stored on the secure servers, which may be located outside New Zealand. We may transfer your personal information to parties located outside New Zealand which may not have an equivalent level of data protection laws as those in New Zealand.  Please note, that any information you share with us via various social media and other communication platforms as per your choice (such as Skype, Skype, Messenger, Teams, Google meets, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc) is managed by those platforms, not us. These platforms are usually located outside New Zealand having different (which includes not equivalent) level of data protection laws, and you, by using our services acknowledge this.

Your rights and controlling your personal information
